14 Days, The Quarantine Song

Who would’ve guessed this is where we’d be come spring? I’ve been holed up in my house for quite some time, but I have been able to stay productive thanks to current technology. An example would be John Krane’s newest single, “14 Days,” which he just released on Bandcamp.

John wrote it and sent it to different musicians around St. Louis, asking them to add their parts from home. I had the privilege of performing on electric bass, as well as mixing and mastering the final product at home. It’s a song that’ll have you singing about quarantine in no time. To paraphrase the song: It’s stupid, but it’s true. ‘Cause I do love this song. Give it a listen and let John know you love it.

Expect some more posts and music soon! In the meantime, check out some of the other examples of the talented artists I’ve had the pleasure of working with.

Chris Turnbaugh

I own an audio production company, called Low Muses Productions, LLC, that makes professional recorded music while also taking some of the tedious aspects of releasing music off of artists’ plates.

I also perform with The Gorge, The Steve Ewing Band, and many more in St. Louis, MO, and beyond.
